There are hundreds of posts on this subject. I suggest you search for "Epson and 3000" for a start. Then try "RIP". You'll have more reading than you will know what to do with.
Dye ink is better because as a liquid, it can flow and make continuous film and block all UV light.
Pigment ink has a clear resin coating so it can flow through the tubes and nozzles of an inkjet. The clear coating prevents the ink from forming a complete film - there are small holes in your print that UV light can go through, so we have to deposit more ink to stop the light.
Epson printers by themselves only deposit a UV density of 1.6 using the Premium Glossy Photo Paper media setting. With a RIP you can get at least UV 3.0+.
There are memory limits to each printer, so you need to be more specific about desired length. You can always 'tile' the image to printing it. Your question has no limits when you ask "can any.....".
You want to make positives, not negatives.
