QTX is a great emulsion, but it's very precise in exposure times. So if your not close to exact, or have a homemade exposure unit, it'll be a bit tough. I suggest finding a supplier near by where you live and visit them in person and ask them. Then you'll gain some knowledge and can re-purchase online or elsewhere.

Trust me when i say this, there are NO screen printing supply stores around where I live. I just need to know what kind of emulsion that exposes fast, can be used on water based and plastisol, and dosent need mixing. OR exposes fast dosent need mixing works on plastisol

ANY EMULSION. QTX is quick but you need a precise burn time. Where do you live?

"ANY EMULSION" is fine for plastisol, but you need an emulsion specifically made for waterbased inks.

I use Saati Textil PV for both plastisol and waterbased. I haven't used it for any really long runs of waterbased ink yet though. It's also very fast exposing and has a better price tag than QTX. I've just started using it and really like it a lot.

The trick is, after you've exposed and washed out your screen, you need to either put it back on the exposure unit or let it sit in the sun for a few minutes. This 'hardens' the screen a little and makes it better for WB inks.
