Are you talking about "plastisol transfers" that you recently received, or a container of just the ink?

I just had to make sure, because you originally asked the question at the end of a thread about transfers (in the heat transfer section of the forum). We have to fully understand the question before we can offer help

So you are just doing regular screen printing on shirts and the plastisol ink you received from your supplier is dried up and doesn't seem usable?

Stir the ink up real well and let us know what it looks and feels like. What brand of inks are you using?
