How many square foot should I be looking for when looking at renting commercial space? I have all the kit but its too big for my garage.

I have a 400 sqft location that works fine for me.
In it i have a 6x6 printing station with flash dryer
screen burning station
sink
dark room (5x10)
work center (laptop printer phone)
table to pile junk
couch tv and stereo. and 3 large shelves that i plan on taking out to put in a conveyer dryer.

The more the better. Anticipating your business will grow and having room for growth will help in the long run. I started out with a 1500 sq ft office/wharehouse. Grew out of it in a little over a year. Obviously money is always a factor so get the most you can afford.

Rents in USA are so much less than in UK. Over here you are paying £5,000 ($10,000) a year for 37 sq metres (400 square foot) and that is in a very run down part of Britain's sixth biggest City!.....

how do I get a green card? lol
