Question What glue/ wood will I need to make a screen?

Hey everyone it’s been a while since I posted, got all my screens cleaned and sorted so thanks for everyone’s advice in the past...

But basically I bought some screens off eBay and one of them got damaged in the post the guy kindly sent me a replacement so I’m left with a screen with a massive tear right to left, so my idea was to create a small wooden frame then glue this to the mesh then cut around it to make a nice small screen (I want a small screen) my question is what sort of glue will I need to attach the mesh to the frame and is there and would that you guys would recommend for making the small screen out of

Any advice or tips as always are appreciated

Cheers rema

You can simply make it yourself if you want.....Crush Thermocol pieces and drop it in Benzene(or hot thinner) leave for 24 hours and you are ready with the most sticky glue you ever saw :

Other way is that you may use nails on a wooden frame to tighten your mesh with it.

or still readymade glues are available in market .... just get some which the carpenters use to stick sunmica to woodenboards

Hey thanks for getting back to me I'm not to keen on making my own glue, the carpenters glue sounds like a good option and idea what’s its called or who manufactures it

Thanks rema
