I'm wondering if hotfix crystals can be pressed to a polyester jacket with a Screen print on top of it?

Doubtful. In order to print on polyester you would almost certainly use plastisol, which can't take the hotfix crystals. Can the polyester jacket itself even handle it? (I suppose so if it can handle the ink being cured, but the direct applied heat might be different?)
