Default Cleaning plastisol

Hello all!
Was wondering what methods you use to clean plastisol off of your screen and tools. I use a 201 cleaning solution, but it smells a little bit. Also I was thinking about making a dip tank that I can set my screens in overnight to clean the plastisol off, but wasn't sure it it would be worth it or too fumy.. or if the emulsion can handle being soaked in a solution all night.

Thanks a lot! Hope all is going well for everyone!
Sean

Don't soak your screens if they are wood! Nothing like a warped, lose screen to start the day off right.
Mineral Spirits works pretty good at removing plastisol with-out all the elbow grease. If there is a "Saftey Clean" service company out there, use them. They provide "Barsol" with washout tanks here that they take to the appropriate disposal place to get rid of it when it is too dirty to use. It's the same stuff and equipment automotive garages use.
It not to expensive either, plus your helping the little varmit-critters stay healthy.

franmar has a dip take. If you lefta screen in a chemical overnight you might not have a screen the next morning. The screens are one of the most important aspects of printing. taking care of these will ensure a good life and good print.

trash the rags and use new ones
We use test shirts as rags and then toss in the trash after a quick cure in the dryer
