plastisol cures at 280 degrees for two minutes I know of alot of people who flash dry shirts. It is pretty risky they can burn. waterbase ink needs more time and air circulation to evaporate the water. International Coatings makes plastisol ink.

I flash water-based prints for 20 to 30 seconds reaching 320 degrees and that is enough or a final cure.
