Default Thick white ink.

Hi guys,

I am just printing an order using the Triangle Ink's Bright Cotton Backing White ink and I found that the ink is really thick and it is really hard to move through the screen. I am using a 110 mesh count screen. I tried a squeege with a sharper edge but that doesn't seem to do any good.

Does anyone have any hints or advice on this?

Thanks

Ben

You could thin back the ink a tad with cureable reducer. I would not go over 5-10% reducer. Be careful as thinning/reducing white inks can casue issues with opacity
or
Try stirring the ink real well before loading into your screen, this will help to cream it out some.

You might get yourself a sample of Wilflex's Buffalo ehite and try it out. It is a lot easier to print and a good white.

Ben just add some curable reducer. Till the ink just falls off a paint stick is usually a good consistancy.
