Default Chemical Disposal questions?

Hi everyone... another new guy here. I am getting close to talking my business partners in to adding screen printing to our menu of services here at our marketing firm and am trying to get pricing together to present to them. Been doing a ton of research on gear and when I got to the washout booth part, I started wondering what the best way to deal with it would be??? We'd probably set up shop in one of our garages to start, but I was wondering about how you guys deal with the leftovers from your washout? Looking at all of the chemicals used to clean and reclaim screens, emulsion, inks... Is there any sort of protocol for disposing of this stuff, or can you just wash it down the drain? Sorry if this has been covered before, I tried to search but couldn't find anything.

Thanks for the input. I look forward to getting to know you all.

Your best bet would be to find a wash booth that filters and reuses the water used for washing. I know that TexSource carries one.

Franmar makes very earthy, environment conscience chemicals that are worth looking at because of there easy dispose-ability.
