Talking question about screen printing

do anyone have information on a screen printer or screen print company that can do work like the T.I.T.S t-shirts. went to 3 companys local today i got off the internet. none off them can do the type of print i'm looking for. basic stuff like logos,art work thats already set-up,school names,company names,etc. not detail work i want done.

Where are you located?

The shirt you attached to your post can be done with simulated process or index separations. When approaching a print shop you should ask if they do that type of printing, not all print shops are equipped or skilled enough to do these types of jobs.

It can also be done as just a 1 color halftone print but you would loose some detail and depth to the print.

i went to anther screen printer today and show them the image i post here and some designs i printed off the internet net. i told the them i want that raster look.she said e-mail her the art work that she will use a process call greyscale. will this come out as a good print, and thanks for your feed back.

Photo realism can be done, but its not the easiest print to achieve. We do this type of work, but our minimums are higher, and there can be more setup costs than a typical print.

Yes, that will work ok, it's a 1 color halftone print. This is a very cost effective way to do this print and it will come out ok, just a bit flat. Using more colors will bring out more detail and depth in the image but will be more expensive.
