Hello.

I've been searching these forums for awhile today and have found 1 link to Stencil International containing a tutorial on building a single color print press.

I'm not the handiest person around... can someone help me figure out some elaborated version of this tutorial as in cutting the wood in the sizes I need... etc.

I can get the tools I need but do I need different thickness of plywood? what exact kinds of wood should I buy?

I'm a bit confused.

Please help!

I know there are detailed plans on how to build a press in the book, How to Print T-Shirt for Fun and Profit by Scott Fressner.

You might be able to find it in your local bookstore, or online at Amazon.com

^The book rodney mentioned is perfect. It has plans for a one color press and as well as a 4 color press and other things that can be homemade. I would suggest you pick up that book before even starting in screenprinting.
