Default I have a 4 color unit and nothing else. Suggestions on a starter kit?

I just bought a 4 color screen printing press and I have no other materials at the moment.
I have 1 DVD on screen printing and looking to get a bunch more.
I just need the basic screens, chemicals, emulsion, squeegees, paint and such. Maybe a heat gun or a flash dryer.

I saw a kit for the following items for about $300. Not sure if there is a better deal. In this kit it mentions "1- 500 Watt Halogen Cure Light (recommended option to upgrade to exposure stand". Is that used to burn the images to the screen? Or to actually dry the shirts?
Also there is another kit at the bottom for about $140
Are any of them good deals?

4 - 110 Mesh 20x24 inch Screens

i'd go with the first option just because you are going to need everything listed. also you'd be better off getting a flash dryer because using a heat gun will just take too long for those bigger orders.
