Default Does this sound like a fair price?

Howdy Folks, I imagine you pay more for a higher quality job which makes it hard to say what is a good price, but in the general scheme of things, does this sound like a fair deal?
One print location centered on the chest.
1 color
1-12 is $20 (total)
13-23 is $1.50 per shirt
24-47 is $1.25 per shirt

2 color
1-12 is $35 (total)
13-23 is $2.75 per shirt
24-47 is $2.25 per shirt

$25 per screen
Thanks in advance for any information, this sight has been and awesome resource for a newbie like me!

Im assuming this is contract pricing? If so I would say your in the ballpark some what.
My contract pricing is
1 color
1-35 = $1.95 per 36-71 = $1.25 per
$10 per screen
2-color
1-35 = $2.15 per 36-71 = $1.45 per
$10 per screen

Im guessing he thinks that the print price with the shirt included. Yet I stated CONTRACT Pricing.

Contract pricing is just the printing price. Customers supply their own shirts with contrqact prices.

yes the above pricing is basic pricing for just the printing, no garments included...the price of $20 for 1-12 means that there is minimum charge of $20.00 for a 1 color whether you do 1 shirt or 11, it will cost you the $20 minimum, that always seems to confuse people

I'm charging them $3.50 per shirt regardless of colors (no more than 4) or location (no more than a crest and full back). I don't charge a setup fee.

If I have to mess with them ordering their own shirts and I don't make them provide me anything to compensate for screw-ups, then they're going to pay me. I'm a union printer, too, so I'm also basing it off another union printer's rates as well.
