I have a screen with 305 mesh and I use a 500 watt. lamp at 16 inches away. What would be the burning time? Can I make plastisol transfers through this mesh or do I have to print it directly? Thanx for the advice
there is really no way to give you an exact burn time. Many factors come into play.
How thick the stencil is on your screen.
Emulsion type.
How old the bulb is.
You really need to do some test exposures to get it right. As far as printing transfers I would say yes depending on what your printing.
