Does anyone know of companies out there who can make plastisol transfers?

sure. I can do plastisol transfers. but you're limited with how many colors and the detail of the design. They're actually quite easy.

limited to colors in what way and can you print halftones in this manner? Thanks for your help

Howard Sportswear Graphics makes very good quality plastisol transfers. They are located in Elgin, IL.
