No it isnt but you can purchase a RIP for it or use the free Ghost Script, Ghost view.

Yes, downloading Ghostscript and Ghostview turns any printer into a Postscript printer. You don't have the advantage of monochrome settings, they tend to print black as a rich (CMYK) black, so are heavy on ink. But they do work.
