Default emultion washing off the screen

Hi everyone
i have a problem for emultion washing off the screen like it is under exposed and i tried different thing like changing my emultion, over exposure up to 30 minutes, using degreaser to clean the screen before applying emultion, using less water pressuer to wash the screen, and changing the light source but non of them helped I would be thankfull if some one give me some help me to solve this problem.

Have you successfully exposed screens before you started having this problem? I ask so we know how far back to go into the whole process to try to isolate the issue.

What brand emulsion and who type of exposure unit are you using?

Sounds like you aren't allowing your emulsion to fully dry before exposing.

is this emulsion a dual cure....?
if so are you sure you mixed the sensitizer in the emulsion...sounds like you forgot to mix the two parts together....also check to see if you took the uv protective glass off the front of the light......

V
v
WEIGHT to press the screen
v to the glass
------------------------------------
v anything flat solid (glass or plywood)
v that can cover flat the whole design
------------------------------------
v black artpaper/ black cardboard
v (this will absorb the light coming thru)
v (black color faces screen)
------------------------------------
v SCREEN
------------------------------------
=DESIGN POSITIVE
------------------------------------
^GLASS
------------------------------------
^
6 inches
^

LIGHT (I use 4 x 20 watts flourescent)
=============================

TRY BURNING IT FOR 4-5 MINS.
