Just about any screen print supply company should carry some sort of metallic ink. Make sure you use a lwer mesh frame when printing so the metallic flakes make it through the mesh.
86 to 156 mesh depending on the ink. There are all sorts of metallics out there with varying sizes of flakes.

Also
when printing metallics on darks do not use a white underbase. Use the Print Flash Print method as it will yeild a better result.

many do carry Metallic ink, they are usually listed under specialty ink. Union ink has it and other brands too.

I did a print with Metallic silver glitter and did it on a 25 mesh as suggested by the agent who sold it to me and it turned out great! Exposure time is a little longer because your emulsion will be thicker on a 25 screen mesh unfortunetly.
Also it is harder and takes longer to wash out so be patient.
It was a fun experience and I am going to do it again just to perfect it.
