You'll need a jacket holdown. It slides over your jacket on your platen, there are several out there on the market, we made our own out of plywood. Cut a hole out of it a little bigger than your platen and we taped weather stripping in the inside edges to make a snug fit and keeps the jacket from moving. Another way is small spring clamps from your local hardware store, the kind with the plastic on the ends on them and clamp the edge of the windshirt (2 on each side to keep them from sliding on you.)

If the windshirt moves, the hold down's not really working.

Perhaps it's technique. I fail to see the logic of your overnight rest for the shirt. Letting the shirt completely cool is bad for registration.

You want to avoid large fluctuations in temperature once you start printing - especially avoiding any temperature above the gel temperature for ICC 900 Series inks.

Nylon should be printed when it's warm, not hot or room temperature. If the nylon is hot it can gel the ink in the screen. If the shirt is room temperature, you will shock the nylon as it goes from 80°F up to 200°F.

Once you start you want to print as fast as possible in a small temperature range so the nylon doesn't drasticly change size or shape and distort registration.

Go to International Coatings Screen Print How To's and FAQ (Screen Printing Products)
Study the FAQs & How To articles.

There's also a picture your man at International Coatings Ed Branigan. He's the expert at the place where they make your inks.
