You could try tranfers. You could go with plasitsol transfers, which is the same ink used to make direct prints that you typically buy. It would require a heat press and you could find companies to make the transfers for you. Mustagn Graphics has pretty good pricing. You could make your own transfers using an inkjet printer, would require a printer and a heat press (some can be done with a hand iron), you could use T-shirt vinyl for lettering or cad-cut. These could be done by outsourcing it and applying it in-house or you could purchase a vinly cutting machine and cut your own. You would still need a heat press.
