Are you sure they're 110
t? I ask because PhotoEZ is an American product, and that is a metric thread count.
110 is probably the most confusing mesh count number, because it's extremely common in both US and non-US screen printing. The most common mesh count for printing on textiles is 43t/110. If you see a 43 mesh count it's amost certainly going to be metric. But the most common mesh count for printing on paper and hard surfaces is around 110t/280. So 110 is a more ambiguous number.
110t isn't going to lay down much ink. It will hold a good resolution, but it might not give you enough ink deposit (since you're printing white on black). If you're using waterbased ink (which with the PhotoEZ is likely), it's going to dry out fairly rapidly. 110 is a standard textile screen, it won't hold as high a resolution but it will print just fine. While I think it could hold this image and print it, I am definitely no expert on printing half-tones.
The first step is to find out what the mesh count on your screen really is (it seems likely to me it's 110 and not 110t). Then someone can tell you whether to go ahead and use that screen or not.
