Default What color is the chromapro CP-2 direct emulsion supposed to be???

This my sound like a stupid question but what color is the cp-2 supposed to be. I bought a few boxes of mixed stuff and I found a container of this emulsion in it but it's a milky looking color. Is it old or something. I use the chromablu and have no knowledge of this product. Can anyone answer this.

Hi Serk

Chromaline CP-2 comes in both a "clear" (milky tan color) and a "dyed" (violet color) version.

There is a big difference in exposure time between the CP2 (Diazo Sensitized 2-part) and Chromablue (Pure-Photopolymer 1-part) you're used to:
The CP2 will take 2-3 times longer to expose.
It is much more solvent resistant than the Chromablue, however.

Happy trails!
