Discuss the different plastisol, discharge and water based screen printing inks on the market. Share tips on getting the best results with the different ink manufacturers.
I was wondering which type of these paints is better to use. I've heard/seen that the white isnt going to go on a shirt without going over it a few passes. I will be doing hand screen printing. And the only heat I have is an iron.
I've never used these paints before and very new to screen printing.
I don't have any experience with Jacquard but Speedball is okay. It's an entry level ink... very affordable and (probably) adequate for what you are going to be printing. As you become more experienced you will find other water-based inks that are more along the lines of professional textile printers.

Good Luck!
Could you tell me some of the names of those? And any you like the most?
I agree, that opague speedball is a ink that will cover in one layer,, you will have plenty of time to upgrade inks later, first get hooked pulling the ink thru the screen,, and you will....
black tee , white ink, gives great coverage,, but get opague..
