What is the best ink for polyester /nylon fabric for umbrella imprint? Also the mesh count prefered and curing instructions for it. Thanks

Frequently, we use vinyl inks for umbrella prints, esp if the design is CMYK process or multi-colored print.

Sometimes we use waterbase inks for nylons.

Both inks will normally dry.

Another one, how do we print with 2 color imprint? do we need to wait for the 1st color to dry before printing the next one? Can I use a simple hair dryer to dry the 1st color?

That will be simple.

Just print the 1st color, have it dry on open space (no need for a dryer) then continue printing the same color to the other umbrellas.

For example, If you will be printing 50 pcs of umbrellas, just print the first color for your 50pcs. Afterwards, if the first color is already dry you can continue printing your second color, so and so forth...
