Discuss the different types of equipment needed for screen printing. Topics include manual screen printing presses, automatic presses, dryers, folding machines, starter kits and high end machines.
helllllo everyone. im looking to buy some equipment to start printing with. these packages look like a good start but since i have no expierence in this whole screen printing thing i thought id ask. these are the two i was considering:
We've been using the 6c 2s press for five years and we've printed over 50,000 shirts with it. The presses that Ryonet offers are very simple to use and very durable. I changed the brass bushings a few years ago, which were covered under warranty but other than that these presses require little maintenance. If you're going to get one of their starter packages make sure you get a press with at least 2 stations.

I have had a great experience with Ryonet products we met them and Ryan himself and we were impressed by their knowledge so we purchased the equipment right off the floor of an iss trade show and that was 6 years ago and we have made upgrades using Ryonet products on a regular basis. I say yes to Ryonet..........
I've been using Ryonet for almost everything I've needed for the last 2 years - supplies, equipment, tech help, etc. Never had one bad experience, they always go above and beyond for the customer.
If you havent already purchased the kit, get the two station. I got the 1 station and wished I got the 4 station press, bigger exposure unit and flash dryer...live and learn I guess.
Ryonet is a wonderful company.
Great knowledge and customer service.
They know their stuff and they also treat customers like they want to keep them for the long haul.
They are the only company that I deal with.
Their classes are top notch, as are their videos.
As for equipment, buy the best you can get. You'll never be sorry.
I first bought their semi-pro kit, then actually sold it before I ever used it and upgraded to the Hopkins 8/4.
