Default 18"x20" vs 23"x28" roller frames

Ok I am finally going to breakdown and buy some roller frames. I am looking at kits that include 12 frames...my question is "What size should I go with?" Thanks Troy

All depends on what size graphics you are looking to do, and what size your press will support.

The largest I have printing in the last year is 13", so from that you dont think I should go bigger.

Get 23x28. Good all around size, will fit manual and auto.

do they make a 23x28 w/ a square bar? i'm not sure, but if not you need tube adapters from action engineering for use in a back clamp press

We recently bought some 23x31 square bar frames from http://www.t-shirtforums.com/members/asw21.html. We bought the Shur-Loc mesh instead of fooling with loose mesh. We will be printing our first job with the new screens later this week. I think that he has more frames available if you want to buy used. You save about $20 per frame.

I just sent them a PM...thanks for the info. Did you just by the regular Shur-loc screen or is there a special screen?

There weren't any options for those exact specs, so I called Shur-Loc and had them create the correct panels. If they need to, they can pull my order from a few weeks ago, and see what was sent- Unik Ink Specialty Printing.
