 what type of stretcher is this?
hey i was wondering if anyone can identify this screen stretcher, there was one like this that sold for $100.00 Manual Screen Stretcher for 20x24 OD - $100
i did some research and i found out that the handles on that
stretcher are called push/pull toggle latches http://www.drillspot.com/pimages/137/13739_300.jpg
