You'll need a vacuum table to hold the transfer paper while printing, and also a conveyor dryer. Multi color transfers are actually printed & drayed 1 color at a time, so if you're running a 3 color transfer, you would print all the transfers w/ the 1st color ink, run thru the dryer, stack up & print the 2nd color, run thru the dryer, stack up & print 3rd color, run thru the dryer. Also, you would have to offset the equipment costs vs what you're paying for the transfers to see if you would actually save any money. Sometimes it's better to just stay with your supplier than do it yourself. |
