110 Mesh Count + Water Based Ink
Has anyone used 100 mesh count screens with water based inks? I'm interested in hearing stories - good or bad about 110 Mesh and water based inks...
So many times since I began I have gotten information from one person warning against something that someone else does regularly with success...

Re: 110 Mesh Count + Water Based Ink We use either 110 or 156 for waterbase discharge inks. Especially 110 for discharge white. 156 or 200 for regular wb inks.

Re: 110 Mesh Count + Water Based Ink I used 100 mesh with water based ink
As long as my designs are not to detailed & the ink come in a creme like ink type, the outcome is ok
It did work with some liquid ink (pebeo) but as i said the design is simple without too much details
Not too much pressure by the squeegee and i survived
Too much, it will bleed
What i did is print, heat, print, heat
So far the outcome is ok, but not at its best.

Re: 110 Mesh Count + Water Based Ink I've done plenty of good work with a 110 (43T) and waterbased ink. If you use a soft or rounded squeegee it lays down a bit too much ink, but with a hard squeegee it's fine for many designs.
