Default RANAR Curestar HELP

So recently purchased a Ranar curestar conveyor dryer from Silkscreeningsupplies and was hoping someone has done the dirty work for me. Hoping to find some base settings that someone has found worked, numbers I can start with perhaps and then dial in more so for my needs. I've spent countless hours already trying to figure it out. Ive scorched numerous shirts and just can find a balance with temp/belt speed. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Jarid,

I think what you need is a temperature gun. That way you can see if and when the ink is reaching 340 - 350 degrees. If you're scorching shirts, your heating element may be too low. Your temp is obviously too high, and/or the dwell time is too long. All of this is stuff you've probably already realized. So...go spend a few bucks on a temp gun so you can dial in the settings much easier.

Good Luck!
