There's not really one "best" machine. You have to evaluate the different printing techniques. Figure out the drawbacks and benefits and find the one that best fits your business plan.

While it does depend on a few factors, I'd almost definitely pay a company to do it for me in that situation.
If your design style is simple and minimal, then I'd consider learning to print and doing it yourself with minimal equipment. But if your designs are at all complicated (a lot of colour for example), definitely pay someone else to print them for you.
