Do you want to do the printing yourself or have someone else do it?

Read here: [Article for those starting clothing lines] printing yourself versus outsourcing the printing to a screen printer

Did you read this thread that explains the different printing techniques?

Pros and Cons of Each T-Shirt Printing Method
What is the Quality of Different T-Shirt Printing Methods? A list in general order.

There's not really one "best" machine. You have to evaluate the different printing techniques. Figure out the drawbacks and benefits and find the one that best fits your business plan.

You'll find that a lot of your questions have already been answered in previous topics. I'd hate for you to miss out on the great information that has been posted about the different machines and equipment for t-shirt printing.

While it does depend on a few factors, I'd almost definitely pay a company to do it for me in that situation.

If your design style is simple and minimal, then I'd consider learning to print and doing it yourself with minimal equipment. But if your designs are at all complicated (a lot of colour for example), definitely pay someone else to print them for you.
