Hi, I need some helping aligning my print heads, any ideas on how to do this?

The type of set up I have I'll best describe :

the heads are micro registration with 3 knobs that allow you to adjust the head for micro registration. and the head there is 2 bolts holding the part that tightens the screen down.

any ideas thanks

That looks like you knocked it up in the garage!
Trial and error is the only way.
Get a test file with crosses made out of CMY&K so that you can tell whether the heads are out and enjoy yourself.
