Default Any new PRINTA 770 users?

Looking for feedback on the improved PrintA 770. I've read the other threads on the 770. Just looking for anyone who has purchased the 770 within the past six months.

Ok, no, I don't have one.
I've heard that they are fine for hobby use.
So, I guess it just depends on what you want it for.
I can say that I always see those for sale on Craigslist.

Looks cool. Seems a lot of people sell these though.

Hi Im a newbie
Im looking for advice, Im wanting to make a career change thought this business sounded interesting. Problem is, I no virtually nothing about the specialty advertising industry, but wanting to learn. Im looking for screenprinting and Pad Printing, I am leaning toward Printa systems for my purchase, due to the packages they are offering, with there support and training, and product resourcing along with there help getting me setup with ASI, web site etc…. Does anyone know about there training and support. I hope I am making a right decision to get off the ground with this, by buying there package with everything above, or to just start learning this by the school of hard knocks. My time is limited and need to start making money pretty soon. Wanting to cut my learning curve down .

I dunno.......
I was at the county fair a couple weeks back and they were pushing em there..............
You know, personally, they were full of it, as far as I was concerned...the value they were putting not only on their products, but also with their training and backup service.
If you go with a good company like Ryonet (my personal experience...) you can go to their classes for around $350 bucks and these 2 day classes(small classes with one on one attention) cover so much....and, they are happy to help you anytime you get stuck on something, either by phone call, in person, email, online immediate help.......

And, for example, the pad printing......
you'd spend $2200-3200(seems is what I saw) for a whole set up with Ryonet (silkscreeningsupplies.com) and that's semi auto, I believe, and what, maybe a couple hundred for a class on how to do it all and then, they're a phone call away......
Printa folks, at the fair, told me $18,000 for their setup......... wha???
Seriously?

Like I mentioned in my earlier response to you, I've seen many of these, used, for sale on craigslist..........I've talked to a couple people that had them and they said that if you're trying to register anything more than 2 colors, it does not work well.

I'm not trying to squash your excitement with them, but.........I really think you'd be sorry.
I bought a conveyor dryer from a guy two years ago, who had bought their setup and he was really kicking himself..........
