Default 1800 watt flash dryer

I have a 1800 watt flash dryer that does not have a timer on it. I was curious how far from the platen should the dryer be and also how long do we need to cure for?

Default Re: 1800 watt flash dryer

If you are curing with a flash dryer I would have it set 3" above the garment and it should take 40-45 seconds to acheive final cure.

If you are using plastisol it needs to get to 320 degrees.
Always good to have a temp gun around to make sure you are getting to the correct temp.
