Pulling Ink Through a Mesh.
There are a lot of variables in terms of printing halftone.
Are there any people reading this who've tried manually printing them?

Re: Pulling Ink Through a Mesh. Do you have trouble with it?
I've heard (through my press workers) that it's silly to manually pull ink through mesh higher than 180.

Re: Pulling Ink Through a Mesh. Plastisol, Yes.
Polyvinyl Chloride .
Polyvinyl chloride - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
It's like Salt, "Sodium Chloride", or Water, "DiHydrogen Monoxyde".
Just as clean, and just as biodegradable.

Re: Pulling Ink Through a Mesh. How Do You Pull PVC through a Screen?
110
150
180
?
What Deromter squeegee do you prefer with PVC through these messhes?
I feel silly asking these questions, but I'd be upset if it wasn't asked.

Re: Pulling Ink Through a Mesh. You push ink through a screen not pull it. And plastisol can be "pushed" through mesh as high as 305. 70-80 durometer will do just fine for that application.
Check out youtube for videos on printing 4 color process and you will see printers printing plastisol with 305 mesh screens.
