Get an exposure calculator (step wedge) and do a series of test exposures until you have a solid step 3 on the wedge. You can do it on one screen by shielding areas.
step wedge works great. i used it after a few failed attempts when i first started .. only had 2-3 bad exposures in a year now! its really the only way to ensure a consistent exposure is done
