Default Does your spot remover gun spit out blue when you haven't used it in a while?

I used my spot remover gun today. I got it right before Christmas and used it again today for the first time in about two weeks on a t-shirt. I aimed it at a spot of plastisol. It immediately shot it out but left a big blue circle. Then, as I shot out some more fluid the blue went away and I used the gun to shoot out the blue.

Is the blue residue that builds up in the nozzle?
