Default easy, basic way to do tri-colored prints?

Hi. I've been doing single-color prints for a while now, and it's great. but I'm ready to move on. So, today I made three screens with different color layers.
Thought all would turn out great until I went to print and realized I need an accurate, easy way to "measure" space to be sure I'm hitting the right mark.

What method do you use?
easiest method that works great?

thanks.

Tape the black positive centered on the platen. Lay each screen on top the positive and register to the registration marks, tighten, double check, adjust if necessary and move to the next screen. Triple check all screens, tape off the reg marks and print a sample. Unless the design is very complicated or the mesh not tensioned correctly this process only takes a few minutes.

Also pre-register your screens. I use a ruler and t-square to make sure the films are all place at the same exact place on all my screens. Then I do as wormill mentioned. Be sure to print registration marks on all your films. It is much easier to match up registration marks to each other than the actual art.
