Default My National conveyor dryer issues

Hello, I was wondering if anyone out there could give me any advise on what could have gone wrong with my old National conveyor dryer.
I'm not sure what model it is. It will not heat up. Does any company have replacement parts for old equipment like this?

First check the fuses.90% of the time its a blown fuse. Then check the wiring connections to the heat panels, the tend to flame out and replace them with nickel connections. Not the cheapy metal ones otherwise they will blow again.Since I am not familiar with you're drier I can't offer more advice.

Check the thermoprobe that goes into the heat panel before replacing the temp controller. If thats the problem it will be cheaper to replace then the controller.

Yep check the wires running inside, mine actually got old enough that the wires burnt off the ends and they wouldn't heat correctly. I just had to restrip the end of the wires.

Thanks everyone! I just tested the wires and determined the controller is bad because the releys aren't getting power when i turn the temp up. could it still be the thermoprobe?

Yeah, I said test it before replacing the temp controller. If the thermoprobe is bad the temp controller will not work.I've replaced multiple thermoprobes but only one controller.

If it's the temperature controller, I'd do one of two things.
Wire the panels so they're always on, and control the cure with
the belt speed. Or the better option, replace it with a digital
temperature controller and a solid state relay. Shouldn't be
more than $60 or so, real easy to wire. If your relays work
with the controller, you might not need new ones.
