My friend, who is also in the T Shirt business uses a 24 in. bathroom vanity cabinet with three 500 watt quartz lights in the bottom of it shinging upward. He leaves the screen on for approx 5 min. He keeps it covered with a piece of plywood and a black piece of fabric. I personally haven't tried it but it seem to work great for him.

I made my light box from a second hand face browning lamp 10euros on the flea market total watts 150 eight years ago and it works perfectly.the rough plans for it are to be found in Scott Freseners How to make T shirts book.
