When i burn screen i see image but cant wash it out. Is this over exposure?

Hello i built burn box and am using bright lights. When i burn screen i see image but cant wash it out. Is this over exposure?

When you go to wash it out put the water on the frame and allow it to set for 30 to 45 seconds. Then try to wash it out. If at that time it doesnt come out then you should bump you time down. You can do a step test to speed the process up.

What kind of lights are bright lights ? What is your burn time ?

It sounds like your positive is not dark enough. How are you printing your positives? They need to be very dark, so no light can be seen through the printed part. If the positives are dark enough, possibly contact to the glass is the problem? Do you have a vacuum lid? If not, how are you holding the positive tight to the glass during exposure?
