Do you have any wet/dry sandpaper?
Place sandpaper with sanding side up on table...tape in place if necessary.
Then keeping the scoop coater level, run it back and forth along the sandpaper.
Remember to kind of roll the scoop coater, so you don't give the coater a new 'edge'.
Works like a charm.
You can also use a small piece of the wet/dry sandpaper (just a couple inches) and hold it while rubbing it along the scoop coater.
Remember you can also add just a lil bit of metal polish to the sandpaper. That will actually help you get an even smoother end result. |
