Default Help! adjustments all outa whack!

help me! i bought a used antec 6-4 press and it looked like a 4 year old just threw ink all over everything and all the adjustments are all outa whack! i need to know how to reset the "off contact" bolts at least thats what i think they are here is a pic of a RH press of what im talkting about.... il take pics of mine tonight cause i have more to ask.

also how far away should my print head be from my pallet? casue all of those adjusments are diff, throughout the press as well!
