Default xpresscreen users, how do you avoid pinholes?

My boss bought an xpresscreen exposure unit model # XEF913.

I would like to hear from people that have success using this unit.

What exposure time do you use?
How do you print the negatives (dpi)?
pre flashing the negatives?

I also would love to hear from anyone who is using nazdar inks. I'm printing signs. No half tones, mostly text. Mostly printing on flat hard painted surfaces.

Help I need to get this thing to work, but I get tons of pinholes.

Xpressreen huh? I would run as far away from that as you can. We got suckered into buying it and now regret every minute of it. We have been using it just over two years and have had nothing but problems. Pinholes being the biggest. When you call and try to get answers on it Dave manages to be preocupied with family problems or talking with someone in the office. Then I get the "can I call you right back?" I have been waiting two months now for him to call back. This system is a joke. The film backing is weak and fragile. That is why you are getting pin holes. You will be told that you can use these screens over and over. I am lucky to get 20 shirts printed before the screen starts to fail. I could go on and on, but I am sure you are getting the gist. As soon as I can afford a traditional exposure unit I am getting rid of their crap. Their motto is "No emulsions, no chemicals, no darkroom!" They should add no quality prints and no tech support. Am I bitter? Yes, I am tired of screwing around with this crap. I can't wait to do the traditional way of making screens.

Hey Screen Dummy,
Don't know what problems you have had with the Xpresscreen system. I used it for 18 years... Printed jobs of hundreds of shirts with the same screen. Yes, you get some pinholes... You do with traditional screens also. You do know that you can get training on how to use the system, right? Did you go to the training? Also, there's a guy there named Bobby who has used the system for a long time... Try calling and talking to him. Leave a message if he's not there and he WILL call you back.
