Has anyone heard about the new ink from Sawgrass? It is for Direct Advantage 4800 printer and is labeled 2.0. The previous was 1.5 but was not on the label. I have gone to Sawgrass's new ink site and under the ink for DA printer it is in the picture of yellow position8. http://shop.garmentink.com/product.sc?categoryId=7&productId=54 That is the only one that has the 2.0 on the box/label. I just got it today and cannot get ahold of anyone at Sawgrass to find out what the deal is with this ink. My machine does not recognize the cartridge.... Does anyone know if this is the same ink? I imagine an upgrade possibly? Is it compatible with the old 1.5 ink? Any info will greatly appreciated!
