Question 4800 Chip Resetter Problem

I just purchased a chip resetter for the 4800 and I thought it was suppose to reset maintenance-tanks as well. Is this true? I purchased it from DTG Inks - 4800 Chip Resetter
and tried to reset my tank with no avail. It now says "No Maintenance -Tank" when installed...
Just curious if anyone knew if this is the correct one or if I am experiencing operator error! I am awaiting response from DTGInks but thought someone here might know.
---Thanks and have a good day!!!

If you purchased a universal chip resetter, it should reset the maintenance tank.
