After having been on the sidelines of this forum for quite awhile and being the recipient of the considerable amount of knowledge it has imparted, I thought it could not hurt to let current and future DA owners know that Sawgrass has indicated they are no longer providing "White upgrades" to their White print ready Direct Advantage Printers. I have just purchased a second hand machine with the intention of upgrading it and was informed of this policy yesterday. I'm sure I can make this printer work for me despite this, but as they say, do your due diligence. If anyone wants to take the path I have chosen be aware.
