I've been a lurker here for quite some time and I'm finally ready to come out of hiding and ask for some help.
I've been reading and reading and researching and watching videos and everything else possible, but nothing is jumping out at me with answers.
I just purchased R-Wear and have access to the EGX-350 engraver. Now the problem is getting the rhinestone templates designed. I have figured out how to make the single line fonts and get a template made with that. For instance "Baseball Mom" in a Curlz font. Easy Peasy.
What I'd like to do now is take that single line font and surround it with rhinestones. So the font is a blue rhinestone that is then outlined in silver. Make sense? It seems like this should be SO easy to do, but it's eluding me.
Another thing I'm having problems with is filling a font. I'm importing the jpeg file and doing an image outline to get the lines. But when I fill it just doesn't look right. An example of one I'm trying to work on is attached.
If anyone can help, I'll be forever grateful. I'm local to the Roland Training facilities, but the cost of the classes are just a bit out of my budget at the moment. So I'm asking you wonderful people if you can help!
Thanks in advance!!
