I am a disabled vet trying to keep my small tshirt business afloat and I have had this brand new Roland EGX 350 sitting idol for about 7 months now. My DTG machine has been having fits and Mesa is pretty slow in fixing them (but thats another story) so i really want to get some rhinestone stuff done. I purchased R-wear, but Im having trouble from getting just basic designs into rhinestone patterns and cutting is a whole other headache. Im in SE Texas and could really use some help. I did not get training when I bought the machine so everything has just been self taught, and that isnt working well. i got some help from members on the forum, but it didnt quite solve my issues. Id be willing to pay someone a small amount to give me a one day class on this thing to get it running. Im pretty sharp and once Im shown can pick up things quite quickly. Id even be willing to swap out graphic designs for help. My website is www.cadillacink.com. I really need to get this machine working because Im missing out on alot of business while my DTG is down. Hi, I would be glad to help you, but unfortunately, I can't help you in person, because i live in Europe, but i think you can really easily use Engraver.
You have quick start guide, few videos on you tube and finally, Roland Support forum, where you can ask for help!
Any way, if you need some help, don’t hesitate to ask me
